National Night Out

The City of Roseville is promoting a National night out on Aug 3rd with the objective of bringing our neighborhoods together to reduce crime and drugs  in our community. The event in our neighborhood could be anything from an Ice-cream social to a barbeque. Before I register with the the Roseville Police dept I wanted to check to see how many neighbors would be interested in participating. The Roseville Police will attend different locations around the city based on availability. 

Can you respond to this message whether this is something you would be interested in attending or participating in? Since there are three parks in our Neighborhoods we could have three separate events if there is interest.

Car broken into on Grand Canyon Drive

Yesterday Feb 11th around 3:30pm a car parked on Grand Canyon Drive had their car window broken and their purse stolen. This took place while they were picking up their child at Thomas Jefferson School. Please be aware to keep your valuables out of sight inside your parked car.

Car broken into on Rose Bridge

A car was broken into on Rose Bridge Dr on Thursday, February 18th.  The car doors were left unlocked.  Someone went through the entire car looking for something to take and tried to steal the CD player but left it partially removed.  Either they were scared off or it was too difficult to remove.

Just remember that although our neighborhood feels safe we have experienced a lot of vehicle thefts lately.  Be sure to lock your car doors at night and use your car alarm if you have one installed on your car.

National Night Out - See Home page!

RCONA (Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations) was established in 1997.  There are 38 neighborhoods within the city of Roseville.  The Stanford Neighborhood Association's boundaries are Hwy 65, Stanford Ranch, Blue Oaks, and the Roseville City Limit (North).
